The place is conveniently located near the Cebu Harbor view. It is just walking distance to the National Museum, Fort San Pedro, Cebu Chinese Museum, Cebu City Hall and other historic places in Cebu City. The interior design is electic Filipino, they serve food and it was so good. Of note is their Fish Tinola and Kalderetang Kanding. I just wish the Kaldereta has more meat servings.

There's nothing like a lounge/restaurant by a pier. I'm glad Cebu has this. There's nothing like having a drink by the water. Looking at the ocean and observing people living their lives while having a drink is really cool to me. Great spot for drink/food/staff/and live band.

They can prepare our dish with less oil and salt, which is a relief to us because we've had enough of all the heavy food in Philippines. The soup is tasty, halo halo is refreshing, and the pork knuckles are crispy outside yet tender inside. We love it a lot.

The food was average. I was not expecting the baked scallop to have cream on top so that was surprising & the sizzling bangus was a bit dry. Over all the food was ok but nothing to write home about. I would totally recommend the halo halo though!

Service was excellent. The food was very good especially for the price. Wife and I decided to have gin with our Calamansi juice. I went to store with our driver and bought a small bottle of gin and had to pay KKD a 200 pesos corkage fee.
