Kodawari is my absolute go-to! I've been back 5+ times because the food is that good—flavorful every single visit, generous portions whether you're starving or just peckish, and walang tapon sa menu. Plus, the service is always great. Highly, highly recommend!

i celebrated my bday here last aug 25 and my dining experience relieved the bday blues!!
i love how the salcedo branch has a cozy, Japanese-inspired feel, with minimalist décor and intricate prints.
since it was my bday, i treated my sister & she had the gyudon—juicy beef over perfectly cooked rice, topped with nori for that authentic touch. i went for the chashu rice bowl, and it was just as satisfying: tender, flavorful pork that was rich but not too fatty, paired perfectly with fluffy rice.
