KONDWI is a hidden, colorful hub which got its name from the English word “conduit”. It’s ideal for a group of friends wanting a chill hangout any day of the week. On the first floor is the bar. One level higher is where a mini gallery is located, too bad it was still closed when I visited. The food are reasonably priced, and they have a wonderful set of munchies from different cuisines. They also sell artworks and other decorations. Truly a must-visit. Also, you might be challenged finding the location as it has no indicator outside. Better pin it on the map.😊

I personally love the idea of having a bar and an art gallery in one place, and Kondwi was able to execute this unique concept successfully. With its creative interiors, lighting, and fascinating art displays, it gives off a hip vibe and an ambiance that is perfect for a chill hangout with friends. The place is spacious and the music was a bit on the louder side but it was fine with us. It has an interesting menu with vegetarian dishes and a good selection of cocktails. One of my fave speakeasy bar in poblacion. The food and cocktail options are really nice. Most of the food we ordered were really good and they also have vegan/vegetarian options on some of their rice bowls. Their oysters were also comparable to wantusawa. However, it does get a bit overstimulating to eat dinner there cos it gets a bit too dark and loud (they have a dj). Nonetheless, I love the chill vibe of the place. Perfect for date nights or cocktail night with friends.

Unfortunately, we havent tried some dishes as they were having some maintenance in the kitchen. Their baked oysters were good though(oyster bar was operational) Their drinks were good. I loved mine which was Basil Smash ✨️ Maybe next time we come back, we hope everything's operational so we can try dishes. Had to leave early to go somewhere there's food. Ambiance was PERFECT though. 🥰
