The ambience was actually scary when you first enter the place. I felt like we were unsafe since no guards can be found at the establishment. The lobby was too dark and a lot of rooms seem like haunted. The hallway looks creepy, like by any minute, some ghosts will appear your way. We didn't order food since it was a bit pricey for us Nonetheless, the room we occupied was great. We had a party here with my colleagues. It was worth the price, the place is easy enough to find. There were not much guests when we came here but finding a parking space can be challenge. The song selection is very good! Lots of varieties, you can even sing and look up songs in Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The lyrics in the Karaoke is not just in their traditional characters but also available in Pinyin or Romaji (Chinese & Japanese characters pronunciation in English) which makes it easy to read them.
