You ordered a cold coffee drink but they told you that there is no ice available but those people behid your line got iced drink when they got to their table. When I went to the counter to ask, they just lied that it was the last ice available (knowing that we were ahead of the line to order our dribk vs the people near our table). And seems they dont welcome any complaints.

Food is great, but the service is terrible especially if you're a senior citizen or a person with disability. I was rudely told that there's only one line and there are no priority lanes for seniors and pwds. Disgusting service.

No customers but the staff are still extra slow, very rude when asked about the kremey menu, and got the drink size wrong. Don't know how they get to make so many mistakes serving just one customer, or maybe that's the reason why I was the only one who even bothered buying. Just buy inside the MOA main mall, people in this branch at the entertainment mall are 🙄🙄

Got my cappuccino. They should follow the right temp of 170 to 180 Fahrenheit for drive thru orders. I literally got burned!!! And they should not be asking if i need the receipt.
