A shrimp miso ramen specialty store located in KABUKI, a stall-style beer garden adjacent to Makati Square. The curly noodles go well with the rich shrimp miso soup. The low-temperature-cooked chicken char siu, which is rare in the Philippines, goes well with it.The recently opened KABUKI BGC store also serves the same ramen, so I'd like to try that as well.
The flavored oil has a strong shrimp scent. I feel like there wasn't much miso flavor. The chashu was chicken, not pork. I think it's good that it's moderately soft. However, the lack of fat was unsatisfactory for me. The eggs were just before they were completely set, and they were soft and delicious. It just doesn't have any flavor.
