02/06/22 SERVED US 2 BURNT CHICKENS! Got the buy 1 take 1 promo for PhP549. Got home, lo and behold! DUROG. Sauces were good (hot honey and sweet lemon) but goodness gracious, chopped na parang tira-tira and burnt! The recognizable parts were sooo dry it was INEDIBLE. Never ordering roast chicken from them ever again.

The place is beautiful. The food is delicious, the look it was served is so good. I went here twice. I had a good experience with my first visit. But the second isn't. I don't mind if the store doesn't have an initial. But I find a way to give the cashier a small amount for her to give my change. And the way she took out order is rude. Train your staff in communication. You are in the food industry, even if you sell lomi or a pair, be hospitable. But I will come back here because of the food. And will observe if the staff I talked to learn anything about how to treat their customers properly.
