Our experience at Kuya J restaurant left much to be desired. Having heard about its recent renovation, I had high hopes for an enjoyable dinner. However, my expectations were not met, as the service and food quality were disappointing. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was surprised that no one came to attend to us or take our order. We had to call a waiter to get noticed. Even when we did place our order, the waiter failed to properly list it down. The restaurant was actually different from the other Kuya J restaurant I’ve been to. But to my dismay, this branch has the most poor service. They serve the food one by one. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. It was my first time visiting this branch with my family, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow. Our food was served one by one, and one of my orders took so long that most of my family had already finished eating by the time it arrived. Additionally, there were no condiments or tissues provided (you have to ask them), and the side dishes were incomplete. You have to follow up with them again and again. Surely will not come back.

I recently dined at Kuya J’s and found the service to be quite disappointing. Despite the restaurant being not that busy, the staff appeared overwhelmed and inattentive. We waited a long minutes for a simple order. This lack of organization really detracted from the experience. It’s frustrating when a place with good food falls short in service, as it ultimately affects the overall enjoyment of the meal.
