We went in the evening so there weren't too many people, which was good! The food took a little longer than expected to arrive, but it was hot and fresh! The sizzling tofu, bangus, and Bulalo were all great tasting! I wish there was more meat in the bulalo, as there was quite a bit of ligaments and cartilage. But other than that the food was great! Looking forward to the next time we go and to try other menu items!
We go here before or after doing our grocery in Landers Otis. So we did try almost everything in the menu and if you're craving for Filipino food this is one of the best. The staff are really attentive that's a plus for me.
Great Filipino food! Friendly staff! Got to try their new products: Crispy Bagnet Chips and Appetizer Sampler which has Chicharon Bulaklak! Kudos to the Kuya J Otis Team! Keep it up!
I love having a sip of cucumber shakes here at Kuya J its very refreshing, taste of mixture of mint herbs, lemon and cucumber. Food are just normal. Nice and friendly staff.
Absolutely hated it. The parking was inadequate (it was also on the sidewalk). The servers were slow and unresponsive. They won't bother to help you if you need anything. The menu was the WORST I've ever seen (it wasn't stapled together and it had articles about shoes and cars). The fruit shakes we ordered (mango, watermelon, banana) all tasted like condensed milk. The only bright spot is the interior and the food. It was well lit and had good fixtures. The food was decent. The food took VERY LONG.
