The food was the delicious. The servers were patient with my complaints. The kitchen staff were slowwww in cooking my orders. The food came out after 40minutes. Halo halo was great and the sisig, However, there was kamote chips and appetizers in the receipt that were NOT served.

The bulalo soup is salty and not really hot, so it becomes very fatty and oily, we want to order some deserts like halo halo or any kind of deserts but they said they don’t have any available at that moment, but it’s only 11:30 in the morning. The serving took almost 40 minutes, there is not so many people at the moment. The chicken skin is not new fry or crispy which we expected because chicken skin is always crispy. The service of the staff is really poor, you need to call them again and again to give you tissue and ask for a soup bowl, they said they will give us but it took 10 minutes and…

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a good experience to the point that you have to get their attention again and again. My order arrived 45mins than the usual time (15-20mins) and the food was lukewarm and the Bulalo soup was a bit salty. However, the crispy veggies were delicious.

Most of the food are not available. We opted to order the grilled chicken at sinerve nila ng malamig looks like fresh from the frozen. We also order the sizzling chicken and binalik din namin cause of the egg. The sevice is not good also, no tissue no service water. We will no longer go back here.
