WHAT AN UNEXPECTED DISCOVERY 📍Ramen Hiro, Tomas Morato QC Food: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Passed by on a whim. Came out extremely happy. Feels like Japan. Reminds us of a michellin star ramen bar in Tokyo which we absolutely loved. DISCLAIMER: this is not for you if you like: creamy and rich ramen, thick chashu.

Ramen may not be as flavorful and rich compared to other popular ramen joints, but I still found it satisfying and want to try their other varieties. Good sides too!

I’m a big fan of malasa food and this one is on the lighter side. Although, imo the ramen was good and not nakakaumay. The broth is defo not as rich as nagi but it provides a nice level of comfort when u’re craving ramen!

Ramen was still a bit bland for my taste despite me getting the rich version. Karaage was bomb tho!
