2 instances that the store forgot the inclussions when I bought kyukyu ramen to go: 1. They forgot to put the seaweed - and yet they are charhing 20.00 for to go items 2. Just tonight I bought 3 orders of kyukyu ramen and they forgot to put the pork on 2 items because the staff are excited to go home na. Service and quality is sacrificed.

We dined here around 6pm. We didn’t have seats until the cashier noticed we are still standing because her colleague is doing inventory in peak hours. Hindi nya pa niligpit. Like dedma. Never experience this in kyu kyu bgc food court where we always order kyukyu ramen numerous times. Foood was fast despite the volume of people. Poor customer service. The other waiter pa is sarcastically smiling. Sana is train uli ng customer ethics and service yung dito. Layo sa bgc branch.
