The noodles was al dente and a bit chewy. Miso-based broth was good!
Food- gusto ko yung texture ng noodles nila. Spice level is just right. Meat on top was tender, egg on the side of soft boiled. Service- you will wait for like 5-10mins for your ramen to be ready, which alright.
Portion is small, but affordable. Taste is good. No individual table, just 2 long bar top.
You can find this stall in the food court of Robinson's Galleria. The price is very affordable as compared to other Japanese restaurants so expect that the taste and toppings would not be as high-end. You can try it here if you are on a budget. You can bring the bowls and utensils outside the stall if you want to eat on the wider tables of the food court, just leave an id then claim it upon surrender. The staff are all kind. I tried the gyoza but it was not steamed well or wasn't cooked well because it was chewy instead of melting in the mouth.
Cheap, quick, and reliable. I tried their namesake ramen dish, the Kyukyu 99 ramen for 99 pesos and a plate of gyoza for 75 pesos. The food is fine for this price. Nothing extraordinary but it is unfair to expect more. The ramen are nice and simple and come with a thin slice of pork and sheet of seaweed in the broth. The gyoza were also nice and filling. A good place to grab a quick and very cheap lunch. You know what you will get in a place like this and sometimes that is just what you are looking for. I will probably eat here again at some point when I want something quick and reliable.
