La Cathedral Cafe

Perfect place for a date or to spend time with family. The food is delicious, meal and finger food options are available. Their coffee is yummy as well. You can make reservations since they sometimes have many visitors. I enjoyed dining there even if it was raining during that time. The scenery is beautiful and worth the visit.

Took us a while to get a table but it was definitely worth it. It would be best to have a reservation. The location was very romantic and scenic. Though there are moments that the area looks busy and kinda noisy but it is still tolerable.

For their food, I usually get jaded when eating food that is too sweet but their cheesecake was great. The crust and texture of the cake was balanced. Not too mushy and not to crusty, enough to let it sit in your mouth. Loved the plated dish as well. The food was average, yet the price is a bit steep. Serving is average.

I usually love strawberry smoothies but not the one from La Cathedral. Husband and I barely touched it considering we were so thirsty from walking the stretch of Gen. Luna street on a very humid afternoon. It is too sour for my liking. I feel like we didn't get the value of what we paid for. My kids like their pancake though. Service is a bit slow but servers are polite and helpful. One special thing about this place is that it is very instagrammable. Probably specially at night when they turn on all the lights around.

We came here around 6pm on a Saturday. We were tired and hungry and we couldn't wait for al fresco dining to become available and we wanted AC. We dined inside.

We had their solo pastas as follows: Carbonara, Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Aligue and Aglio Olio.
Dont let the pictures fool you, konti lang talaga serving, good for solo.Tbh masarap naman but still not worth the price, super bet namin yung Aglio Olio. Mozarella sticks were so-so, they use big pieces of cheese.
