THE BEST LUGAW IN PUERTO PERIOD.
After walking around and shopping in Wilcon Depot for houseware and hardware for almost half a day, I worked up quite an appetite. Good thing I noticed this small hole-in-the-wall blink-and-you'll-miss-it roadside eatery just after I left the parking lot and decided to give it a try. As roadside eateries go, this one was clean and well-lighted. As I was very hungry, I ordered the longsilog with choice or either extra rice or egg (I went for the rice) plus glass of iced tea.
