We stayed here and loved the staff very friendly and accommodating. The pool on the 5th floor is very small but the view is awesome and bar area is nice. Love the inhouse restaurant and food offered if you wish to not go out and explore local eats..

Our money disappeared without any attempt at compensation, services do not match the prices The location is great. The pool was amazing (so was the pool bar stuff - great music). We Were Robbed at This Hotel I regret to say that our stay at Lagùn hotel was one of the bad travel experiences we’ve ever had. During our visit, we were robbed, and the management’s response was unfortunately disappointing. Great customer service, however the room smells moldy. Im allergic to mold and got a reaction at night. The front desk people were very helpful, food was great . The pool was excellent with a view.

The positives, staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful, got us tricycles when we needed them were quick to come out and help us when it was raining and attempted to solve room related issues. Breakfast was pretty nice too. Wi Fi was decent but you are limited to 2 devices. The Negatives are room related, our aircon barely worked, their technicians worked on it the next day and then it was ok… the toilet was also a problem.. I had to fill it using the butt cleaning hose to get it to flush!!! There was also a leak in our room which will probably cause issues with mould. They also h…
