Been to Lang Zhou since it opened at the old branch manned by the brothers back then. They serve authentic hand-pulled and knife cut (Kan Pan) noodles. Beef is excellently cooked. Dumpling as equally great but has thick skins. I am not a fan of their rice meals.

The simple fact that they were blasting a budots-like remix of Justin Bieber's Baby already warrants this restaurant a 5 star review. The Cha Chiang lamien was a bit too salty for my taste but I still enjoyed the bean sauced covered noodles. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy and cooked just right. Best to pair this dish with a cold soda to cut down on its saltiness and umay factor. The steamed and fried dumplings were also 🫰👌. The wrapping was extra thicc but well compensated with the volume of juicy meat filling inside. Not really a thicc wrapper enjoyer but some people might like this ty…

This branch is located right across the Metropolitan Medical Center. Their specialty is the Beef La Mian (Hand pulled noodles). The noodles are cooked perfectly, I loved the texture of it. We got the Beef-Wonton La Mian and Spicy Beef La Mian, the broth is very rich, and the beef pieces are really tender. But do note that the bowl is really huge, and I personally think it can fill 2 people. The wontons have silky skin, and are very juicy inside. We also got the dumplings and they tasted like kuchay dumplings. We got our la mian leftovers to-go for no extra charge.
