Freshly cooked chicharon with laman. Fresh clean taste. The crunch is amazing and oh man the vinegar dip with a tiny zing to it is phenomenal! They sell the vinegar dip in regular and spicy flavors in a plastic bottle. Get some although they give ample amount with the chicharon bag you get. I kept going back to this shop. The ladies were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended by a local trusted friend. I wish i could've brought some to the USA. I will miss this place and the yummy chicharon until I visit the Philippines again. Thank you Lapid's for a wonderful taste experience.

The best chicharon in the philippines! There are lapids chicharon that you find in different places, but this one is different, they make it fresh everyday. Its so airy and poofy! There are 2 sizes, and option for all skin or with “laman”.

It is chicharon so what else can you say about it. My only reservation is what kind of oil they use to pop their chicharon. I personally think it will be better if they stop using vegetable seed oils and use pork lard instead. Vegetable seed oils are a proven health hazard and should be avoided.
