We were supposed to enjoy our food with my friends except for the service crews who were not nice. We understood that the serving would take some time and the crews were tired but when they served it to us, it lacked sauce and when we asked for it, the woman who's wearing all black, I think she's the manager, slammed it to us. More than that, one of the saucer was still soapy so we had to return it and they didn't even apologize. Take note, we were the ones who went closer to the serving area and asked nicely. Had a late lunch here on a friday afternoon. Place had a couple of tables filled with diners. The photos on the menu were enticing and i had a craving for lechon. I ordered kangkong to curb my guilt in having something unhealthy. The lechon skin were crispy, serving was fit for its price, though too salty for my taste. Sad to say i had leftovers. Staff needs training on customer service. We put our things and bags on the floor while we had our lunch, but they had a drainage problem in the kitchen, and the water reached the floor below our table. We respectfully requested a single chair, but the female staff made it clear she was irked. To think we weren't even demaning, and that was the sole request we ever did.
