I frequent this place when I was staying at SMDC. But even now that I stay in Alabang I still come here often. I don’t come here for big portions but for the taste and the service. My favorite here is the garlic Kangkong so every time I order an entree, I always have to have garlic Kangkong for my fiber.

I recently ordered from Lechon Haus at SM Southmall, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I noticed several issues that significantly affected my dining experience. First and foremost, the food arrived cold, which was a major letdown. I had expected the dishes to be served hot and freshly prepared, but that wasn't the case. Cold food not only diminishes the taste but also raises concerns about its quality and safety. Overall three stars for the ff reasons: Sanitation: I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but the place is really dirty especially the floor and comfort room. Another is their glass, you can easily taste the soap in your drink as it was not washed properly. Food: Their best menu lechon is good for its price, but others are not that good. I'm really disappointed with sisig, looks raw and the quality of their pancit is whack.

The food, when served, was not warm. The liempo was neither warm nor hot, and the soup was served at room temp. The taste of the iced tea was different.

No pictures to show, just a review. Went there. Serving size nor the quality is not palatable. Customer Service is poor. The table is greasy. The only thing I can commend is that one service crew who despite got wrong on some of our request still manage to say thank you. No more further explanation, just an awful experience to have. Hope you find this as a tip to improve more.
