Must try cafe right inside Marison Hotel in Legazpi City. One of the best churros I've tasted so far, even better than the ones I've had in Manila. It's not overly sweetened and cooked perfectly. They also offer decent meals for brunch. Liked their skinless longganisa and tortang talong. The make your own breakfast had generous serving, enough to feed 2 pax. Would recommend their baked chicken wings too!
