Food - The food is okay. Typical Leylam. Service - So I lined up, and I am next in line. The cashier took around 10 minutes getting the order as I can hear that she can't get the order right. I can notice that the customer in front of me is already annoyed. Once it was my turn, conversation went well, however she got my order wrong. I ordered a double leylam rice sizzling shawarma but she only punched in the single one. Instead of voiding the order, she reasoned out that the order was already punched in and can't be reversed. She could have verified my order first before finalizing it which …

Tasty and affordable. We don't really prefer eating in fastfood, but when we do, we hope to try something new. So when we travelled to Cebu and saw this at SM City, we thought to give it a try. So we had the fries and shawarma seafood or shrimp rice. It was pretty tasty. The interior was clean and nice looking, too. And the staff were all smiling and approachable. Not bad for fastfood :)

A cozy place to have your meal inside the mall. The food will be cooked in front of you. All of their meals are affordable. cctv is working. They don’t have their own restroom, you have to walk to the next upper floor. Food was served hot.
