Honest Review 📝 Went to NYFD UP Town Mall BGC few days ago. Im really a big fan of NYFD so I decided to buy because i was craving for their fries. The place was instagrammable, and i order Tipid Dipit Combo. Trio fries of my choice. Sour cream and Cheese is my favorite. Service was fast and the staffs are so friendly and accommodating. I’m a PDW and ordered 1 beef, 1 chicken rolls and 2 French fries and 2 Pepsi. The discount was only for 1 chicken roll, that is the cheapest of all. On my question why the discount is not for half of the ordered the cashier replied their policy is discount only for 1 dish of all. But 1 beef roll + 1 French fries + 1 Pepsi must be a meal, not just 1 roll.

ordered a roll and fries, but they only gave senior discount to the fries ordered, and was charged full price for the crispy roll. CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE LAW. is it not the standard to discount what the senior would consume? what i ordered was clearly for 1pax only (1main + 1side). Horrible service. Waited one hour for fries and a few wraps?? Fries were cold and undercooked, kitchen is chaotic. One of the employees didn’t even know how to cook chicken 💀. Next time please train the workers that know nothing. Never going again.
