Didnt get to take photos of the other food we had. Loved the Limbaga salad and the sinigang na baka sa pakwan. Overall, food was good. The only downside was that only one AC was working.
Food is great.. 🫶 the old house vibe of the place.
Cozy place! Great place to dine with family, friends and romantic dates. Food is great, just a little pricey for the quantity. Staffs are very courteous and accommodating. Music is relaxing. Chairs are comfy. They have enough space for guests, just a little bit hard to look for a parking slot especially in the evening.
Celebrated our company's Christmas Party here last week. Despite the enjoyable atmosphere with Christmas bonuses and gift exchanges, the overall experience fell a bit short. While the menu offered a variety of dishes, we found the food to be less than fresh. Additionally, the event area, although spacious, lacked comfort as only one air conditioner and one ceiling fan were operational, making it a bit uncomfortable while we commence our program.
The seafood smelled unfresh. In fact, it smelled close to spoilage. I know because my nose grew up in a seafood-abundant province. But the folks at Limbaga 77 served the stinking dish to the family seated beside me anyway. I asked the manager what was up with the seafood. He replied that it should be fine because it came from the freezer. Hilarious! For myself, I ordered a mango salad with shrimp. The mango was crisp and tangy, complemented with fresh, juicy cherry tomatoes. But the shrimp was not at all within any margin of freshness. The kitchen folks charred the shrimp, as shown in the pic…
