A true classic ever since 1949! We tried out their 3 most recommended dishes: Pancit Palabok Lumpia Shanghai Tokwa't Baboy They were all great. Servings were large Taste was delicious. Price was also affordable. Their menu still has so many more good treasures to try. Definitely will go back to sample the other classics. 97 of 100
The food tastes good and the serving is big. It’s a place where family will enjoy dining together since they offer meat and vegetables.
Things haven't changed much food quality wise. They have always been consistent. What has changed is the price. Must be the effect of inflation. It's been quite crowded ever since they reopened. Always a decent place to get your halo halo fix. Be wary of the lack of parking space however. It's probably best to be there well before the lunch and dinner service begins.
their kare-kare rice was top notch!! you can taste the subtle sweetness of the peanut butter used in their sauce and their beef chunks is 🔛🔝my second favorite would be their halo halo (not included in the picture as it was served later on)!! 🫶🏻
Thought the food was just ok. Also got Halo Halo. Was expecting it to have Ube Ice Cream on top, but i probably got the wrong one since there were 3 different Halo Halo options.
