The interior was well maintained. Vintage vibes. Good thing they have a call button in our table for assistance. We tried the afternoon tea and it didn’t disappoint. They even offered us to register as a member. Overall, a nice place to chill.

Had the afternoon tea sets with friends. Great place to chat and catch up. Music was great, and the acoustics were perfect. We were seated a bit far from one another on the couches, but we didn't have to raise our voices to be heard. Conversations from other tables weren't audible to us, either. Food and drinks were excellent. Your choice of tea was served in a pot along with some sugar cubes and cream. Your choice of coffee was served in individual glasses. The pastries were excellent and the scones were well-made. All in all, a great experience.

Not quite as grand as the Lobby at the Peninsula Manila Hotel. Service also not as attentive. Had to request water refills. Ordered cake and pastries one day prior from Sinfully via the Shangri-La app, though was told one of the ordered items was unavailable on pick-up day, disappointingly had to substitute with other item.

A nice place to have afternoon tea. Perfect ambiance to just sit and relax and listen to strings. Cozy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Though it took sometime to deliver our orders, it was worth the wait. The fish and chips is a winner.

A terrible service. We came around 3pm today. We waited for 30 minutes at our table, but no one came to offer menu. I pressed the button twice to call the waiters/waitresses, but no one responded. What a disrespectful treatment of your Diamond member.
