My only advice... Look up otherwise you'd miss the place. Its on the 2nd floor and not quite visible on the ground floor. Parking is in front of the building or the basement. Its free just show your receipt to the guard on duty. Its really a great place to unwind for a snack or a coffee break in the area. No need to go further along Monumento for a decent coffee shop. Black coffee is actually good. Not too strong so it seems to be a blend maybe. I was actually surprised to see this coffee shop along the area and I consider it a good spot to check out in Malabon.
