Almost every food that we ordered was great! One thing I just noticed was the servers weren't that attentive, there were just 3 tables during the time we visi but we still had to get their attention every time we need something such as additional order of drinks or napkins.
We ordered grilled caesar salad, shrimp aligue pasta(yummy!), beef kare-kare(what they are known for), longganisa fries(I don't recommend lol), coconut chopsuey(super yummy!!!), and chicken inasal sisig(yummmyyyyy!!) Our bill was around 3,500 however we only paid 3,200 for SC discount. ❤️ Overall, food was super great! I …

Parking may be a bit difficult, but the food is definitely worth it. Lola Cafe is very aesthetic and set in a beautifully renovated old house.
Bone marrow sisig was extremely evil (and good!!!) - definitely a stand out. The pasta dishes were also really good. We easily finished everything we ordered.

Lola cafe is a nice place with a lot of windows in the scout area of Quezon city. It's actually an old renovated house. They serve Filipino food with a twist.
The meal I had was kimchi kaldereta which was your normal beef kaldereta mixed with some kimchi. I also had tinapa pasta which isn't that new as I've been seeing this pop up on various menus since the 90's but it's still not traditional Pinoy.
Prices are ok. Expect to pay maybe 400-500/head I guess. They have several areas which can be closed to function as a private area for more intimate gatherings.

The interior of the restaurant is monochrome.
The feel around the counter is also very nice.
An ice bucket is placed next to the carafe of raspberry tea. Even though I was alone, I was very preased with their service.
Unusually for me, I ordered a glass noodle dish. It's a very cozy restaurant. The cocktails made from that counter will surely be delicious. Thinking this, I look up. I can see the sky beyond the glass lattice. I wish I could spend some time relaxing without my laptop.
