We had an amazing time at Long Men Hotpot (or TiongKing Hotpot, according to Google) in Cebu City. The ambiance was authentic, with wooden bench chairs and traditional Chinese decor. The staff were extremely hospitable, making for a great experience. The food was the real star - we had the platter with veggies and spicy soup, and it was delicious. Portion sizes were generous and the make-your-own sauce station was a fun touch. Prices were high, but worth it - it ended up costing around 2k. Great hotpot place with a top of potential addons. They had lamb but didn’t really have a lot of beef options. Soup options were very good. Strongly recommend the plum juice. The place doesn’t accept credit card payments.

Must-try Chongqing style hot-pot. We usually get the set at Php1999 which comes with different meats, vegetables and fish balls of your choice. Get the egg yolk shrimp balls…it’s like a blast of yolky creamy flavors when you bite into it. They let you choose your soup base and if you get the set, you only pay Php100 per head for the soup (refillable) instead of Php380 per soup base. Last year, I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around Cebu, and I couldn't forget the taste, so I came back. It's a place that serves truly delicious hotpot, with a spicy broth that is outstanding and a white broth that has a deep, rich flavor. The ingredients, both meat and vegetables, are very fresh, and the sauce corner is well-organized. If you're looking for authentic Chinese hotpot, I highly recommend this place.
