Though we were broken hearted, Loyal Pet have helped us ease the pain and gave us a peace of mind during the viewing of our Loving Sparky. We were actually touched by their presentation and we knew that our dog was loved and taken cared of before his cremation. We availed also the frame and necklace for the remembrance of his cremation. (Extra charges)

I cannot express enough gratitude to Loyal Pet Cremation for their compassionate care during the loss of our beloved fur baby, Casper. From the moment we contacted them, they were incredibly understanding and empathetic. The staff handled Casper with such respect and dignity, and their gentle demeanor helped ease the pain of losing him. The Loyal Pet staff were very kind and they gave us timely updates from start to end. The funeral and cremation service was beautifully arranged, and we received Pepper's precious keepsakes after 2 weeks. I'm grateful for their support and highly recommend their services.
