So far, this is the my least liked PAL Mabuhay Lounge probably because its age is already becoming apparent. It might just need some rennovations or refurnishing of its seats and tables. Food and drink options are generally okay. Staff are friendly, helpful, and honest. There was an instance when I unwittingly left one of my phones and one of them followed me to the boarding gate to return it to me. Overall, staying here is still good especially if you have a relatively long layover. Access is generally limited to Elite, Premier Elite (plus 1 companion), Million Miler (plus 2 companions), and…

Being inside this lounge is quite convenient since there is a dedicated restroom for guests, snacks fruits, drinks (coffee, beer, juices), comfortable chairs, sockets for charging and some magazines. The only downside is that you need to either pay or need to be a PAL elite or premier elite member to go in.

The customer services and bathroom was a 5 of 5. However everything else did not meet the expectation of a business lounge. Limited seating, limited food selection, no WiFi, no outlet to plug devices. FY: No photos allowed, for me to show images. I stand corrected, on the food options. I didn't notice other side. My least favorite Mabuhay lounge. Been here a few times and the facility has not improved at all. Last time I was here there were no sandwiches and coffee. Today the softdrinks fridge is empty. If you want soda you have to ask from inside their storage area. I don’t get why. Also, there’s no Internet access in this lounge.

Very small lounge but comfortable, Small selection of food and not much variety of drink. Unfortunately to many people cant read the signs about keeping conversations to a respectable level and seem to want to share there conversations and you tube videos with everyone in the lounge, so not a very relaxing environment. June 18 during the evening there was No Beer in the fridge, water was warm, Coke was warm. Very disappointing. Loyal flyers to PAL but PAL doesnt look after the loyal customers.
