Chill Mabuhay lounge in Puerto Princesa Airport. There were many guests when I visited. Food are essentially the usual items served in Mabuhay lounges, like arroz caldo, batchoy, some sandwiches, juice, beverages, etc. There were minimal staff checking on the food being served — some items needs to be replenished already. But I guess it is understandable since it was already evening when I arrived. Nevertheless, it was still a nice play to stay while waiting for my (delayed) flight. Lounge is free access to Elite, Premier Elite, Comfort Class, and (Business Class) passengers
