Loft seems always unavailable. All outlets are turned off.
The promotion of 5 milkteas on the poster is a bummer, the guy at the cashier still had a bad attitude when it seemed like we couldn't avail it. I'm not the kind that would really rant about this kind of issue but I don't think it fits my definition of a good customer service as a former customer service rep and Contact center facilitator.... If an establishment / store / shop offers a promo or rewards program you should always offer it first, you wouldn't wait for the customer to ask about it.
