THEY SAID CHICKEN WILL BE SERVED FOR 20 mins, its been an hour, people are piled up in the counter but nothing comes put from the kitchen. please dont get prder if you cant deliver on time to waiting customers. We paid not to waste pur time waiting for you. the management clearly did not anticipate the aituation at all. WHAT A CLOWN!

Severely understaffed. There are 2 cashiers and 2 automated kiosks. The kiosks don’t accept non-cash payments so you’ll still need to go to the cashiers to pay in cash. You can see the crew scrambling in the kitchen to catch up with the orders. A simple burger meal will take you 30 minutes.
