One of their four best sellers is Sisig Rice Meal so I ordered this one. Also, just to compare it to the nearby sisigan of AMS. The food was surprisingly served within 5 minutes so there was little waiting time but when the food was served, I was kind of disappointed because the sisig was pure pork fat fried or sauteed in oil. With this, the sizzling plate was one the greasiest plate I had in awhile. In Bisaya, it was “luod” since I was eating oil, twice, from the fat and from where it was fried or sauteed.
