Great value for money for their Signature teak and Johnnie Double Black Ribs. They have good sides too. Love their home made ice cream. Service is fast. Accepts cash and credit card. Come not on exactly meal time as it may be crowded.

I was surprised how two branches of the same resto could be so diverse. We have been frequenting Mad Mark's at UP Town and found it great. However, the branch at SM North isn't. The have two salads on the menu but when we ordered, they said there were none. What they gave us was Corn & Carrots that was 20% carrots and 80% canned corn. The steak had unchewable parts that looked like ligaments. The ribs was supposed to have "more marbling" had more layers of fat instead. We were also guessing what herb was sprinkled in the kebab because it had very little taste.

We got the signature steak and barbeque chicken. Both were flavorful and was cooked just right. Skip the garlic rice as it can be quite overwhelming in flavor since the meats were already nicely seasoned.

We'll definitely eat here again 😋 Update: Came back next day with the fam in the late afternoon. Understandably, the staffs were already tired by this time, so service wasn't the best. Had to follow up for the bill after waiting for several minutes. Minor issue with my order, but they fixed it quickly. Sister wasn't satisfied with the burger due to the patty. Steaks were cold but still tasty. Garlic rice and smashed potatoes were consistently good. Next time, maybe avoid peak hours, as our first visit was around 11 am.
