Not the best Mama Lou branch in terms of ambience, but the staff are quick and responsive. Food is great, just as expected of Mama Lou. (Forgot to take a photo of the spinach and goat cheese pizza, but we highly recommend this.) We like the little contraption that allows us to ask for the bill without having to look for service staff.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and just hoped for an overall good experience and good lasagna. The location was convenient, I wasn't greeted upon entering the restaurant, I was seated within a few minutes of waiting, my table was fine and clean, my server was medium friendly and decently competent and her English was simple. My lasagna was soupy, overly cheesy with very little meat or substance and quite a bit of grease. I couldn't stomach eating all of it. The lasagna came with bread which was the best part of the meal. Food was good. As usual for Mama Lou's. Service is not top notch. Ambience is not that good. It's pretty hot inside the restaurant. It's actually better if you stay outside near the entrance.
