The Bucatini Amatriciana is one of the best pasta I had over the few years. The pasta was al dente and the sauce was perfect — red sauce, reasonably greasy from pancetta. You should try this! The Spinach Salmon white-sauce pasta was also great! I just fell in love with Mama Lou’s all over again. Home of great pizza and pasta! Oh the only downside here is the air conditioning is not as great, so it may be uncomfortable to dine when heat is extreme (i.e. lunch). We dined during dinner so it was just fine.

I have to REEDIT my review because we recently visited it again and it seems like the cleanliness and hygiene is being questioned as we noticed some creatures flying around our food and it was like alot, mosquito or whatever you may call it hahaha it was big disappointment. Feels like the management changed because this is the first time i ever saw that alot in that place. I've ate here numerous times because i like the food, the quality of food is WORTH the price itself. Served hot and clean plating. Fascinating execution on these dishes. The food was nearly excellent. The pastas were outstanding however the pizza needed a little bit more love and a little bit more cheese. Overall this is an excellent place for a date or small groups. I doubt you will be disappointed.
