We arrived around 10 a.m. on a Sunday, pleased to find the place pleasantly uncrowded. The spinach goat cheese pizza was a standout, especially with their special honey sauce—it added a delightful sweetness to the savory combination. Equally enjoyable was the lasagna, a comforting dish with rich flavors that hit the spot.

The supervisor was very informal/casual and kept on suggesting larger pizzas and the palm card(?) by saying na the pizza we ordered is just for 1 person even if it has 6 slices and we were only 3. We also ordered 3pc chicken with fries on the side and he returned saying “ibahin niyo nalang yung chicken niyo” kasi wala daw silang fries. We would not go back to this branch of Mama Lou's. Food: Lucio’s Truffle Pasta - There was something off sa lasa, medyo maasim. Lacks sauce din compared sa ibang branch ng mama lou’s na na try namin. So yeah going back, it was maasim and a very unpleasant dish to eat. Pesto Al Pollo - Looks like it lacks sauce. Taste is also bland. Waited 1hr waiting time for food, it wasn’t even full house. No advice that serving time is an hour. There was no call button on our table and a server deliberately ignoring people raising their hands to call on them. The management seriously needs to hold an intervention for their employees and boost their morale because the service was so sucky that I couldn’t enjoy my food to the fullest. Pricey, i dont think its worth it. Service is very bad. We ordered pizza, carbonara and chicken piccato. We have already finished eating our carbonara and piccato but the pizza was not in yet. Had to make several follow ups before it arrived. Very bad first impression. Ps. Was not able to take picture of the pizza due to my high bp.
