Had dinner here and the food was great! The beef doneness was as requested. Ambiance inside was nice but opted for the al fresco since I brought my dogs with me. Serving time took a while (~20min.s) although getting the bill really took some time from the staff and this could be improved on. Overall a nice experience aside from the waiting times.

It was our first time in Alabang West Parade, and our obvious choice for lunch is Mama Lou's. The branch here looks awesome! There is a dome type structure in the center of the dining with a painted inner wall. We were offered a different menu not found in other branches. As usual food is superb! Serving size is good too! The steak we ordered was melt in your mouth perfect! First time also we saw a hands free automatic garbage bin in a resto's restroom! Nice touch!

It was my first date with L. And 15 minutes in, we were holding hands. In no exaggeration, this feels like the first time I was completely myself with someone. I teared up beside him. Excellent food. Love the salad and the pasta. Because of the delay in service, they made the mama lous iced tea on the house. It can be expensive but worth it. Highly recommended. Wouldnt recommend if tight on budget.
