single ribeye and lorenzo’s truffle cream: mamou staples. we also got healdsburg’s harvest salad which was so good. every mamou branch never disappoints. the steak was cooked to a perfect medium and we got to finish the whole thing lol. my go-to side is the corn pudding, it’s heaven in a ramekin. affordable good quality food. will always be one of my faves!

Had a birthday celebration at Mamou’s at Alabang Town Center. Love the food and our orders came out pretty quickly too! Their iced tea has a free one refill so make sure to get yours. Highly recommend to reserve a table in advance as the place is packed, even on a weekday. The free cake at the end of the meal (when you have a special occasion) is a nice touch! The cake is sweet and sour to help cleanse the palate. Overall, we had a lovely experience.
