The food was okay, how funny they ran out of chicken, so we had no choice but to order pork barbecue. Customer service was poor, we had to get the condiments ourselves and the "sabaw" came late (approximately 2nd rice top-up) and sampaloc powder was clumping and floating on top. Atmosphere was okay, we feel warm the whole time we were there, maybe because it was almost their closing time and they already turn-off the air-conditioning system to conserve energy.

Quite disappointed with the fiesta plate Chicken is not inasal, not even bbq, bland Toge lumpia pre cooked served soggy oily Palabok saves the plate together with pork bbq soft tender No drink for 250, java rice color no taste Will never order again or when it improves maybe

I recently visited Mang Inasal BlueWave and unfortunately had a poor experience with their customer service and service quality. Despite the closing time being 1 hour away, they informed us that dine-in was not possible and we would have to wait 30 minutes for our food. I understand that there may be reasons for this delay, but it would have been helpful if the staff could have communicated this to us more clearly and provided updates on the status of our order. I would like to suggest that Mang Inasal train their staff to be more attentive to customer needs and provide clearer communication…
