Service crew have the rudest attitude of all; they don't have manners! don't know how to please customers when, in fact, it was their fault in the first place. And even though the manager keeps telling the crew to stop talking back to the customer, which is me, he keeps talking and pointing out that we, the customer, are at fault. He didn't even say sorry to us, like, Wow! You're just a service crew! Not the branch manager. Oh, please, Mang Inasal HR, can you please hire employees who have a positive attitude and a high standard of manners? This is a big disappointment, I'm gonna stop my jour…
