While we've dined at this place multiple times in the past, it's worth noting that this visit marked a significant change in the pace of service. The reason for the unusually fast service might be attributed to the early hour of our visit, as we dined before 11 a.m., ensuring that the place wasn't crowded.

I know they fell out of popularity but serving raw chicken and uncooked rice is unheard of. The chicken is red raw near the bone and the rice is still hard and crumbly, meaning it wasn't cooked. The overall environment is nice as well as the service. It'd be nice if the food was actually cooked right though

The food remains true to Mang Inasal's standards. However, the venue is somewhat warm and not well-ventilated. Hopefully, they can fix their air conditioning system soon.

Ate here 07/22/23. Initial serving of rice was 4.5 stars. The next round rice was 1.5 stars. Lots of staff but the extra rice took a long time.

Service Wise, not that good. We even experienced rudeness from one of the service crew named "Shiela". My friend requested for additional "calamansi and chili" since it is only be served upon request, she got the things we requested and then she slammed it on the table and slide it over to us. As a customer, that is not the kind of service that we want to experience. It definitely affected our loyalty to that fasfood chain. We informed the store manager/supervisor and her colleagues about her action, they approached her but she never came to us for an apology. Customer Rating: VERY BAD!!! 👎👎👎…
