Mang Inasal SM Cabanatuan, We are super disappointed. We were a family group with three babies and one senior, waiting at the entrance table. Your staff was aware of our situation and the long wait, but all they did was place a number and say someone would set the table. Are you kidding? Did you see our situation? How rude can you be? When I mentioned we had been waiting a long time, you ignored us. Is this the kind of service you provide? Honestly, management needs to monitor how rude your staff is. Cc to Manager and area Manager

Only SM CABANATUAN MANG INASAL!!!! Worse and rude staff and also service, if your prepapre to eat there think twice or more. Your money will not be worth it to waste there. shout out kay ate girl na rude staff! We’ll know na pagod kayo, field nyu yan we understand that kaya nga ang hinahon namin mag ask for something we need like ( chili, soy sauce, chicken oil and kalamansi) pero she did rolling eye while shouting and never gives anything. We’re still your customers. We’ll hope give some moral training to your staff over there.

The chicken was not cooked thoroughly and it took way too long for our order to arrive also when we were there there there was no chicken oil, and the rice was not good our friend bought unli rice but didn't want more because of the quality so I would not recommend eating here your better of eating at McDonald's or Jollibee it's cheaper and more delicious

Bad customer service, the rice taste so bad and feels so hard it’s like it’s been sitting there for a day, the water taste like dishwashing soap, the chicken is dry, halo halo doesn’t taste good, we asked for something but they wouldn’t give it they said “this is for staffs only”. Don’t ever eat in Mang Inasal in SM Cabanatuan City if you don’t want to waste your money and time.
