This was my first visit to this restaurant. To be honest, I chose this restaurant because I wanted to eat halo-halo. It was my first time to eat halo-halo, but it was a perfect combination of ice cream and fruit. This may be a common thing for Filipinos, but I would highly recommend this dessert to people like me who are new to this country. It is just the right amount of sweetness, a bit like the Japanese dessert called "anmitsu". The unlimited rice and chicken inasal are the only good things about this restaurant. Ambiance, it seems, does not exist in this place. You'll be eating amidst a mob of people. The tables, chairs, and floor are all coated with chicken oil. Be careful walking you might slip and fall. I guess the food is so popular that's why it's always crowded. And that might be reason why Mang Inasal doesn't care about the suggestions to improve the service.

Due on my experience as a student, eating at mang inasal didnt satisfy me, some of the employees are rude and i am highly aware that they are also tired of working for hours but i didnt expect 3 of their employees are gonna treat us like we did something wrong with them. The 1st one, which i might think its their manager lied to us for some of their employees arent gonna entertain the customers who sat outside but i saw that they are serving other adults eating outside. POOOOOOOR SERVICE COMING FROM HER. VERY VERY VERY RUDE! WE ARE PAYIMG OUR FOOD AND YET, GANTO MAKUKUHA NAMING SERVICE? I am very very disappointed that they treat us like we are begging for their food, and they sucked anyways. They don't smile, they don't greet you well and very rude if you have priority ID. Not professional and very rude.
