On June 16, 2024, around 5:30 pm to 6 pm, I followed up my sister's order on Inasal SM City Calamba via Grab. I talked to Zyrielle - Team Leader, she was quick to process the order. Unfortunately, Grab cancelled the order due to lack of Riders around the area. So I just placed the same order at the counter and made the payment. And after a few moments, Team Leader brought the order. I'm extending my gratitude to Zyrielle their team leader and her team for the full support and help. It was a great service and experience at Inasal SM City Calamba. Kudos Zyrielle and your team. Thank you so much.

Hands down, Mang Inasal is my go-to resto whenever I crave for grilled chicken! The food is just delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices. I particularly enjoy the classic chicken inasal which is grilled to perfection, with burnt skin, and packed with flavor. This review though is about this particular branch, not the menu. The atmosphere here was a bit overwhelming. The place was always filled with diners, making it rather cramped and uncomfortable to enjoy your meal. The queue is always very long. The waiter would refuse if you request for refilling soya sauce or the oil.They even will stop you entering inside if you do not order. The tables are so crowded. Try to avoid this place since there are several other branches nearby.

The food is not bad but the drinking water. Their drinking water is dirty and smells like chlorine, you can see the dirt sitting in water. The service for unli rice is not good, they will give you little amount of rice, you have to ask for rice more frequently. The tables and chairs are sticky. We will never go back to that branch again.

First, the service crew in the counter handing out orders was absolutely rude. I just asked him to serve us some soup since we were already in the middle of our meal and he irritatingly reply, "May nagse-serve po ng soup." Which I understand, I just didn't like his sneering reply and approach when in fact he was talking to a customer.
