I've been through different branches ng mang inasal, I was amazed with how the manager (forgot to get his name) he was very nice, he roam around the place to check their customers ,he was jolly specilly to those with senior citizens. I was with my mom, whose SC he approached us and asked if we're okay and said our order was taken care of, and he left with a smile on his face . I should say these people deserve a raise! GOOD JOB MANG INASAL AT VISTA MALL ❤️

Bad experience. Dry Chicken, Dry rice and an understandable taste of the soup 😖 My foreign partner was delighted to experience and try the inasal but twas bad experience for him😑

Service can be hit and miss. I had to call a staff a few times before they give me soup and service water. Some tables don't have condiments. Floor can be a greasy and slippery. Store is crowded even if not full with people because the tables and chairs are spaced close together. Food quality is still good as well as service time of order.

this was my first time having a worst experience to mang inasal and didn’t expected that it would be like this. Me and my girlfriend ask almost 4 staff to clean our table but then all of them just told us to wait, at first we are patiently waiting but not until our queuing number for our food is already calling and yet our table were still full of left overs. Also most of the stuff have the guts to have their attitude to their customers. NOT RECOMMENDED BRANCH, MANG INASAL SM BICUTAN IS WAY MORE BETTER THAN THIS BRANCH!!

VERY BAD SERVICE. Not recommended branch. They provide slow and bad attitude to the customers. They dont care if there are no available tables to dine. They will get your order and its up to you if you can get a table or just cancel the order because the dine on area is full. Staff are also not accomodating. They are giving the rice that you paid for as if you did not pay for it. They are throwing it pn your plate.
