They used to be at the center for weekend nights, but has since moved from a popup to a food truck. Love their margherita pizza. We always order when we are in the area. :)

The pizza was really good, and my main criteria—bread and sauce—were met. The bread was good, though some parts were overly burnt, which added some bitterness (I don't get this with other similar style pizzas). However, I particularly loved their pizza sauce—it was fantastic. Got the Margherita and the Prosciutto, both very good. That said, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my order because only the cashier was in the truck when I placed my order, and the person who makes the pizza wasn’t there at the time. It likely would have taken less than 10 minutes if they had been present.
