We decided to eat here for family dinner last Feb 14. There was a long queue but we waited anyway, they have seats outside for the waiting area so it was okay. I enjoyed the calamari surprisingly. Much better if there are soda options aside from juices. Meat was okay. You also need to pay extra for if you wnat cheese dip for your meat. The floor was slippery maybe due to the oil from samgyup or drip from the food since the table is at the center. But the price was worthy for the food combinations and options. 👍🏼

First time to try this Branch. The space is quite big and can accommodate a group of people or family. The staffs are very accommodating and nice. They are easy to approach. There were a good amount of ready-to-eat food choices from their buffet section. There are also raw beef, pork and even chicken to choose to grill. Also they have a Hotpot. They refill their food in the buffet section fast. The price is reasonable since it is a unli grill and hotpot. One thing I noticed is that their utensils and plates were small. All the staff was super nice! Very polite, helpful and attentive. Excellent customer service. Ambiance was very good an the place was huge. However, there are not many food choices and the quality of food is just not good. Only a handful of dishes are okay. Price is very affordable but the quality is just not good. They might need to work on the quality of their food.

add ons for cheese and egg was around 299ish (not refillable 😅). there was no option to add cheese alone which was quiet disappointing 😭 service crew didnt explain things throughly. food was meh, lack of everything.
